MESSAGE FROM FOUNDER

Connecting knowledge between Japan and the world.
Moving transformation forward.

I built my foundation in AI during university
and have spent my professional career
working on AI adoption
and business transformation projects.

My role has spanned PMO, solution design,
and engineering end to end—
close to what is now called
a Forward Deployed Engineer, or FDE.

This kind of work requires bringing together
fast-moving AI developments,
domain knowledge,
company-specific business processes,
and the ways stakeholders coordinate
and make decisions.

From that context,
one must design the right transformation approach
and keep the project moving smoothly.

I have faced—and struggled with—
the difficulty of this work many times in the field.

Across Japan,
AI adoption and business transformation initiatives
have expanded rapidly
since the emergence of generative AI.

Yet many barriers still prevent PoCs
from reaching production
and delivering sustained outcomes.

I spent several of my teenage years in Shanghai,
and shortly after founding Linktier,
lived in a hacker house in San Francisco.

Seeing the pace at which AI was reshaping society
in China and the United States
strengthened my determination
to help overcome these barriers
and contribute to Japan's development.

Linktier aims to connect people, work, and AI
to redesign enterprise operations
from the ground up.

We want to create a world
where knowledge is no longer fragmented
across individuals and organizations,
and transformation keeps moving forward.

I will continue taking on this challenge
so that Linktier can contribute to Japan's development
and become a bridge
connecting Japan and the world.
