Q. Does the diagnosis require any contact with our provider?

A. No. The diagnosis uses only the contract, monthly report and invoice you already hold.

Q. What kind of work is in scope? Does back-office finance work qualify?

A. Broadly, any clerical work you outsource qualifies, including routine finance work such as invoice processing and data entry. Work you are about to outsource or hire for also qualifies, as long as a document defines it — a statement of work or a job description.
Whether it can go through to a proof is determined during the diagnosis, and we tell you either way.

Q. What exactly do you measure?

A. On real documents and data, our AI and our staff perform the same task your provider performs.
We measure the cost and time it took, and how our output matches or differs from their deliverable.

Q. Do you need to integrate with our core systems?

A. No. The data can be provided as a CSV or Excel export.

Q. Can we use the measured figures in negotiations with our provider?

A. Every item records what was judged, on what basis, and how far through which documents we searched.
You receive the figures in a form that traces back to the source and to the judgement record.
