Across seven years at Hitachi and Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, I saw the same scene repeat itself: teams would spend months building something, only to watch a team from Silicon Valley surpass it in days.

The gap wasn't raw technical skill. It was whether the team had built AI-native workflows — where AI observes, accumulates, and feeds back into itself in a continuous improvement loop. I wasn't doing that. Most Japanese enterprises weren't either.

I also heard the same frustrations from transformation leads everywhere: "Supporting this AI initiative on top of my day job is a burden." "Even when I explain our workflows, the output never reaches what we actually need." "We've run half a dozen pilots — the lessons from each one are scattered in slides and never carried forward."

In Japan, most IT service providers are built on time-and-materials billing. There's little structural incentive to build products that reduce their own billable hours. That's the dilemma — and it's why this problem stays unsolved from the inside.

I built Linktier from the outside to break that cycle. Our deliverable is not a strategy deck or a standalone app. It's an AI execution environment — one that understands your business, accumulates what it learns, and keeps operating after we leave.
